After your flooring system is fully installed, keep it looking fresh and new by leaving the maintenance and upkeep to us! If you choose to enroll in one of our annual maintenance packages, we will come to your house, each year, and perform the following:

​

1. Our professionals will inspect and repair/replace any damaged tiles and ensure that each and every tile is operating exactly as it should be.

2. After the inspection, we will then remove its anchors, access the subfloor which allows us to clean your original garage and/or lanai floor(s).

3. To clean those floors, they will sweep, blow it out, and remove any debris from your original floor(s).

4. Next, they will pressure wash the entire Elite Tile Flooring system.

5. Once clean, they will re-install the tile flooring system along with all anchors.

6. Finally, they will get your signature stating that you're happy with their work and the efforts they put into your garage and/or lanai.

First is our Gold Leader Package and it provides for all of the above, 1 time - approximately 1 year after your installation - And,

not to be outdone, our exclusive Elite 3 Package provides all of the above, 3 separate times, each visit approximately 1 year from our previous visit.
