Why should I hire Elite Tile Garages?

This is a very fair question because, oftentimes, we Villagers don't have any real experience with "floating-tile flooring systems". And, that being the case, it's easy to default back to what we know and have experience with (that being, epoxy or paint on our garage floor).First off, it's important to note that the term "floating-tile flooring" does NOT mean that the floor just "floats". It's exceptionally stable even when the floor is just being installed. However, that's not enough...  We use anchors to permanently attach your new flooring system to your existing floor - whether in your garage or your lanai. So you can rest assured that your floor will remain completely stable and secure at all times and in all conditions.But back the original question, "Why Elite Tile Garages"?Well, because first and foremost, we're Villagers just like you. We know the quality you're looking for - and the service - and the smile with a friendly handshake or hug when we see one another at Sawgrass  or up at Lake Sumter - or in Brownwood or Eastport.  It's knowing you're hiring a company that won't run and hide the moment your project is done. It's also having a company that cares about you and your family - and your health.  It's not that epoxy installers don't care about you or your health - I'm sure they do - but the medium they work with requires them to put your (and your family's) health at risk.When you have your floors epoxied or painted, they use extremely harsh chemicals to strip away the old surface of the concrete (and "rough up" the surface so the epoxy or paint can adhere to the concrete).  Next, they need to spread the epoxy. This process is loaded with known carcinogens and toxic "VOC's" (chemicals) that cause the extreme smell associated with that process.  Then, that needs to "cure" (i.e. sit there and dry).All-in-all, it can be days before you're able to drive into your garage again - not to mention all the fumes you're forced to inhale since they began their work.   Yuck!With us, we clean your floor (leaf-blower, sweep, etc.), install your floor, and we're out the same day.  No fuss. No fumes. No waiting days to use your garage again. It's a much less painful process.We also have the experience to get your job done right. Our installer has been installing these floors for the past several years. He knows what he's doing and he does it well. He, too, is a Villager and lives down near Eastport.So, "Why Elite Tile Garages?"  Because we care.  We live here.  We're your neighbors.  And, while we're not the cheapest option on the street, we're not the most expensive either! And, the "cheapest" rarely equals the "best".  And, we humbly feel that we are, indeed, the best.

What about repairs?

If any tile cracks, chips, breaks or doesn't perform as it should under normal use (aside from contact with acid or mistreatment with power tools), it will be replaced absolutely FREE. It's that simple.No "service call" fees.  No "tile" fees. No "fees" or charges whatsoever.Just a smile, a quick replacement of the tile, and a friendly handshake and hearing, "Have a blessed day" as we drive off.That's how Elite Tile Garages handles repairs - because we believe in GREAT customer service.And, that's what makes us, "Elite".

What do I need to do prior to installation?

Ideally, you'll want your entire floor covered with our tiles. It's makes your resale value higher (because a hole in the tile where your refrigerator sat is unsightly for a new buyer who doesn't own a "garage refrigerator"). So, all you'll need to do prior to installation day is: move everything you possibly can off the floor where you'd like tile installed.However, what if there's  something that you simply cannot move - either by yourself or with help? What happens then?Our installer will consult with you on these situations. Either, we can move the item(s) for you at a nominal fee (depending upon what the item(s) is/are and how difficult it is to move it/them). Or, in the case the item is attached to the floor (like a support post or something similar), we will simply tile around it and deduct that square footage from your total.Whatever the case happens to be, we will work with you to make it work FOR you. Because that is GREAT customer service!

Are there any hidden fees or charges I'm going to be hit with?

Absolutely not!!We believe in a full-transparency relationship with our clients - and we will always give you a guaranteed quote which you'll need to sign off on - prior to any work being performed.The only thing that will change that quote will be changes that you, the homeowner, make to the contract.  For example, if you said you wanted a silver floor with a blue border - and we begin your floor and you change your mind and suddenly want a green border instead of a blue one, that's a material change to the contract and, while we can make such a change, we would need to discuss the additional costs of a last minute change of mind.The minimum "Change Fee", once work has begun, is $500.
